1.800 NUMBER We want to apologize for those of you whom have tried to use our old 800 number, it has been out of service for the last two months. Stockart.com had absolutely no control over the issue which can be attributed to Silverleaf Communications and their relationship with the now bankrupt, Global Crossing. Our nightmare began when we arrived at the office one morning to discover we had no long distance service and the 1.800 number was down. The nightmare didn't stop there, it took us a week to get our long distance service up and running and we have been working for the past two months to get our original 1.800 number back in service. From what we understand, there was a lot of corruption and deception with both Silverleaf and Global Crossing and it left our 1.800 number and our customers out in the cold. We did however pick up a new number 1.800.653.0087 and hope to have the old number operational very soon. We are sorry for any problems this may have caused you and hope you give us a chance to make up for it. Best wishes to you and your families this holiday season. Michael Rowley works as an illustrator and author. His upcoming book, Imagine Nations, teaches U.S. and world geography using mnemonic illustrations. His book, Kanji Pict-o-graphix, is a collection of pictures that match the shapes and convey the meanings of over 1200 characters of the Japanese language.
