SUBMISSIONS
For artists interested in becoming a member of Stockart.com, all the details can be found in our Artist Submission Kit. Please download our Artist Submission Kit, and follow the instructions below. Our Art Manager will get back to you as soon as possible.
STEP ONE - Illustrator should e-mail, mail, or fax up to 10 images to the Stockart.com studio for initial review. From the submitted images, we will determine if your work fits stylistically within our image library. We are not interested in any fancy portfolios, so just send us good samples of your work.
Acceptance is based on quality of technique and expression. Only 25% of artists that apply qualify for inclusion. As a result, you can be assured that you will be listed among some of the world's finest artists.

STEP TWO - Should your work be determined to be a good fit for our archives, the Art Manager will contact you promptly. We will send you an Artist Agreement and answer any questions you may have about the partnership. In addition, we will ask you to send us rough copies of each image that you would like us to consider for your online portfolio. We suggest that if an image is questionable, you should include it. We feel that it is to your advantage to include too much rather than too little work. After we receive your work, our Art Board will go over each piece and accept it as is, suggest minor changes to make it more marketable, or reject it altogether.
STEP THREE - After this pre approval process, we will ask that you prepare to send us the high resolution digital files of your illustrations or high quality prints for us to scan (Note: We are happy to scan your black and white illustrations, but do not have the machines to scan any color illustrations. A fee will be charged for any outsourcing of COLOR originals that need to be digitized.)
Resolution is very important, so please be very conscientious about quality. Stockart.com will then clean your digital files, create low-resolution thumbnails for Internet viewing, add keywords, and include it into our system of operation. Stockart.com suggests that all original artwork be sent via FedEx so it can be tracked, and we promise to have your work returned promptly after it is uploaded online at Stockart.com.
Please note that it will take up to 30 days to have your work included in Stockart.com's online system. We look forward to hearing from you!
